Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions and the documents mentioned below apply to the use of the current website and its related or connected services (collectively, the “Service”).

You must carefully review these Terms as they contain important information about your rights and obligations related to using the Site and form a legally binding agreement between you – our customer – and us. By using this Site and/or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any amendments that may be posted from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from accessing the Service and using the Site.

2. General Terms

We reserve the right to revise and amend the Terms (including any documents referred to and linked below) at any time. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. Amendments will be binding and effective immediately upon posting on this Site. If you object to such changes, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Service. Your continued use of the Site after such posting indicates your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms. Any bets not settled before the amended Terms take effect will be subject to the pre-existing Terms.

3. Your Obligations

You acknowledge that, at all times when accessing the Site and using the Service:

3.1. You are over 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling, or gambling activities are allowed by law or jurisdiction that applies to you. We reserve the right to request age verification documents from you at any time.

3.2. You have legal capacity and can enter into a legally binding agreement with us. You should not access the Site or use the Service if you lack legal capacity.

3.3. You cannot use a VPN, proxy, or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate your real location identification.

3.4. You are the authorized user of the payment method you use.

3.5. By placing bets, you may lose part or all of the money deposited in the Service according to these Terms, and you will be fully responsible for that loss.

3.6. When placing bets, you must not use any information obtained in violation of any law in the country you were in when the bet was placed.

3.7. You are not acting on behalf of another party or for any commercial purpose, but only on your own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity.

3.8. You must act in good faith towards us of the Service at all times and for all bets placed using the Service.

4. Restricted Use

You must not use the Service: 

4.1.1. If you are under 18 years of age or cannot legally enter into a binding agreement with us, or are acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, a person under 18 years of age;

4.1.2. If you reside in a country where online gambling access by its residents or anyone within that country is prohibited.

4.1.3. To disrupt or unduly affect or influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service in general;

4.1.4. To promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation that may be removed from the Service without prior notice;

5. Your Account

5.1. You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors related to your Account.

5.2. We do not provide credit for using the Service. 

5.3. We may close or suspend an Account if you are not or if we reasonably believe you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service, or if we have other reasonable reasons to do so. We may not always provide prior notice. If we close or suspend your Account due to your non-compliance with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and retain any money in your account (including the deposit). 

5.4. We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return all funds. However, already due contractual obligations will be honored.

5.5. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet at any time, for any reason, including any bet perceived as being made fraudulently to circumvent our betting limits and/or our system regulations. 

5.6. If any amount is erroneously credited to your Account, it remains our property and, when we become aware of such error, we will notify you and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account. 

5.7. If, for any reason, your Account becomes negative, you will owe us the outstanding amount. 

5.8. Remember, stop gambling as soon as it stops being fun. Absolutely do not bet anything you cannot afford to lose. If you feel you may have lost control of your gambling, we offer a self-exclusion option. Just send a message to our Customer Support Department using your registered Metamask wallet, indicating that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE, and this request will take effect within 24 hours from the time of its receipt. In this case, your wallet will be deactivated until further notice, and you will not be able to gamble with it. 

5.9. If you wish to close your account with us, please send an email from your registered Metamask wallet to our Customer Support Department through the links available on the site.

6. Deposit of Funds

6.1. All deposits made in any other currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate.

6.2. Fees and charges may apply to customer deposits and withdrawals. In most cases, we absorb transaction fees for deposits into your Account. You are responsible for any bank fees you may incur when depositing funds with us.

6.3. You agree to pay in full all payments and fees due to us or the payment providers in connection with the use of the Service. You further agree not to make any chargebacks or waive or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your deposits, and in any such event, you will reimburse and compensate us for such unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred by us in collecting your deposit, and you agree that any winnings from bets using such reversed funds will be forfeited. You acknowledge and agree that your deposit does not generate interest on any funds held therein.

6.4. Funds originating from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities must not be deposited with us.

7. Withdrawal of Funds

7.1. You may withdraw any unused and released funds in your player account by submitting a withdrawal request in accordance with our withdrawal conditions.

7.2. We reserve the right to request a photo ID, address confirmation, or perform additional verification procedures (request your selfie, schedule a verification call, etc.) for identity verification purposes before granting any withdrawals from your account. We also reserve our rights to conduct identity checks at any time during the period of your relationship with us.

7.3. If you wish to withdraw funds but your account is inaccessible, inactive, locked, or closed, please contact our Customer Support Department.

7.4. Please note that we cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event of a breach of the restricted use policy set out in Clauses 3.

8. Payment Transactions and Processors

8.1. You are fully responsible for paying all amounts due to us. You must make all payments to us in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that causes such payment to be reversed by a third party to avoid a legitimately incurred liability. You will reimburse us for any chargeback, refusal, or reversal of payment you make and any loss we suffer as a result. We reserve the right to also impose an administrative fee of €50, or currency equivalent, for each chargeback, refusal, or reversal of payment you make.

8.2. We reserve the right to use third-party electronic payment processors and/or commercial banks to process payments made by you, and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions, provided they are made available to you and these terms do not conflict with these Terms.

8.3. All transactions made on our site may be checked to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing activities. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority.

9. Errors

9.1. In the event of an error or malfunction of our system or processes, all bets are deemed void. You are obliged to inform us immediately upon becoming aware of any error with the Service. In the event of communication or system errors, or bugs or viruses occurring in connection with the Service and/or payments made to you as a result of a defect or error in the Service, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any costs, expenses, losses, or direct or indirect claims arising or resulting from such errors, and we reserve the right to void all games/bets in question and take any other action to correct such errors.

9.2. We make all efforts to ensure that we do not make errors in posting betting lines. However, if, as a result of human error or system issues, a bet is accepted at an odd that is: materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was placed; or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring at the time the bet was placed, we reserve the right to cancel or void that bet, or cancel or void a bet made after the start of an event.

9.3. We have the right to recover from you any overpaid amount and adjust your Account to correct any error. An example of such an error could be when a price is incorrect or when we input an event result incorrectly. If there are insufficient funds in your Account, we may require you to pay the relevant outstanding amount related to any erroneous bets or games. Consequently, we reserve the right to cancel, reduce, or delete any pending play, whether made with funds resulting from the error or not.
